1 – Don’t Hit Snooze. It triggers your brain back into its sleep cycle. So when you wake up again – you interrupt your deeper sleep cycle, which leaves you feeling groggy.
2 – Don’t check your email. Checking those right away frames up your morning as the time to tie up loose ends from the day before – instead of enjoying your short morning time and setting goals for the actual current day.
3 – Don’t stay in the dark. The body’s clock is influenced by light exposure. The sooner your eyes and body process sunlight, the faster you’ll be enjoying a good morning and productive day.
