But it’s for a very sweet reason.
According to reports, the mega star has decided to pass on a scheduled New Year’s Eve gig so she can spend the holiday with her family in their new home. As Sam reported in Music News earlier this week, Lopez was suppose to perform at E11even nightclub in Miami for a whopping one million dollars. A source close to J Lo gave the following statement:
“She was just so consumed with ‘Shades of Blue,’ her concert and other obligations, getting on a plane for New Year’s just seemed too much and she wanted some personal and family time during the holidays.”
And although many fans will be disappointed to learn about the canceled show, Lopez definitely wins major parenting points for this. Way to go J Lo!
