09-16-16—A routine traffic stop on Hwy. #1 North led to the arrest of  Andrew James Wagner age 21 of Baxley and Angel Sheree Branch age 38 of Baxley. Wagner was charged with Failure to Drive Within a Single Lane, DUI-Drugs/Alcohol, VGCS/Marijuana and Possession of Drug Related Object. Branch was charged with Possession of Drug Related Object, VGCS/Methamphetamine, VGCS/Oxycodone, VGCS/Marijuana, VGCS/Buprenorphine, Drugs to be Kept in Original Container, VGCS Carisoprodoa, and Possession of Drugs/Weapons by Inmate.
09-16-16—Answered a call to Piney Bluff Road in reference to Threats. Complainant stated a threatening note was left in his mail box.
09-16-16—Answered a call to Fred Carter Road in reference to an Armed Robbery. Complainant stated subjects came to her residence for a visit and pulled a pistol on her and demanded her money and medicines. Investigation continues.
09-16-16—Answered a call to Oak Dale Circle in reference to a one-vehicle deer accident. No injuries were reported.
09-16-16—Answered a call to Craven Road in reference to a Domestic which led to the arrest of Sidney Jackson age 58 of Baxley. Jackson was charged with Battery.
09-17-16—Answered a call to Blackshear Hwy. in reference to a Domestic which led to the arrest of Greg Paulk age 34 of Baxley. Paulk was charged with Battery/Family Violence.
09-17-16—Answered a call to Ten Mile Road in reference to Harassment. Complainant stated a male subject continues to call his cell phone making threats.
09-17-16—Answered a call to Lennox Road in reference to a two vehicle accident. No injuries were reported.
09-17-16—Answered a call to Cook Street in reference to a Domestic which led to the arrest of Vera Elaine Clark age 40 of Baxley. Clark was charged with Battery.
09-18-16—Agency Assist/EMS to Sandy Road in reference to a possible Over Dose Victim. Victim had shallow breathing and was transported to Appling ER for treatment.
09-18-16—Answered a call to Earl Cauley Road in reference to Damage to Property. Complainant stated his neighbor’s goats had come into his yard doing damage.  Neighbor stated he would get his goats back to his property.
09-18-16—Answered a call to Poor Robin Road in reference to a Theft. Complainant stated she is missing $560.00 in US currency from a jacket that she wears. Investigation continues.
09-18-16—Answered a call to Bill Morris Road in reference to a Burglary. Complainant stated two of his pistols were missing from his camper. On September 20, 2016 complainant  notified the Sheriff’s Office and stated his pistols were not missing.
09-18-16—Answered a call to Golden Isles East in reference to a Burglary.  Complainant stated someone had cut the chain to the locking gate of the company. Stolen was Husky six drawer tool chest with approximately $500.00 worth of tools, and also a  Stihl Weed Eater was stolen. Investigation continues.
09-19-16—Answered a call to Eason Bluff Road in reference to a one-vehicle accident. No injuries were reported.
09-19-16—Answered a call to Vernon Williams Road in reference to a Theft. Complainant stated someone had taken her battery charger from her shelter. Investigation continues.
09-20-16—Answered a call to Golden Isles Parkway in reference to a Theft. Complainant stated he is missing four Honda 4-wheeler tires from his inventory.  Possible suspect was named.  Investigation continues.
09-19-16—Answered a call to Ellis Road in reference to a Theft.  Complainant stated a female subject had taken a heater and several other items from his residence and pawned them at a local pawn shop.  Investigation continues.
09-21-16—Answered a call to County Farm Road in reference to a one-vehicle deer accident. No injuries were reported.
09-21-16—Answered a call to Lakeside Drive in reference to Trespassing. Complainant stated a male subject continues to come to her yard and turn around in her driveway.
09-21-16—Answered a call to Hill Top Road in reference to a Burglary.  Complainant stated someone broke into his residence and took his Gibson Acoustic guitar, and a Nintendo G4.  Investigation continues.
09-21-16—A routine traffic stop on Helda Sue Drive resulted in the arrest of Jessica Lynne Andreu age 27 of Baxley. Andreu was charged with Failure to Stop @ Stop Sign, Driving While License Suspended, and Possession of Marijuana.
09-22-16—Answered a call to Max Deen Drive in reference to a Theft.  Complainant stated someone entered her residence and took $50 in coins, two RCA tablets, and a Streamlight Flashlight. Investigation continues.
09-22-16—Answered a call to Graham Zoar Road in reference to an Assault which led to the arrest of Edward Darrell Hill age 48 of Baxley. Hill was charged with two counts Aggravated Assault and Obstruction of an Officer.
09-22-16—Answered a call to Zoar Road in reference to a Burglary.  Complainant stated person (s)  broke into the business offices damaged three office doors and offices, took blank checks, Apple IPod, and a Savage Bolt Action rifle with scope. Gun was entered into GCIC records.  Investigation continues.
09-22-16—-Answered a call to Michael Street in reference to Damage to Property. Complainant found what appeared to be a projectile from 40 caliber hand gun, also found was a hole in the bedroom window.  Complainant stated shots had been heard from a couple streets away.
09-22-16—Answered a call to Holmesville Road in reference to a one-vehicle deer accident. No injuries were reported.
09-23-16—Answered a call to Lennox Road in reference to a one-vehicle deer accident with injuries. Driver was taken by Appling EMS to Appling Health Care ER for treatment.
