In a recent press release, the SCMPD announced that 54-year-old Kevin Reid lost his life in a shooting.

The incident happened on September 21, shortly before 10:00 pm, on East Waldburg Street.

The victim was walking down the street with his wife. Three black males approached them. One, who was wearing a bandanna over his face, shot Reid. He passed away in an ambulance in route to the hospital.
