On June 9, shortly before 10:30 pm, police responded to a shots fired call at Atlantic Avenue and East 33 Lane. At the scene, they found Theron Robbins, 32, dying from a gunshot wound. He passed away before ambulances arrived.

Shortly after the crime, Shanika Dunbar was arrested for his murder.

Recently, officials announced that she will face charges of felony murder, malice murder, and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.
