The SCMPD announced that 33-year-old Kelvin Octovian Biggins has been arrested. He’s suspected of an incident that occurred on September 11 when a gun was fired on Greenwood Street.

He will face three charges of aggravated assault, two counts of drug possession and one count of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
