Brandon Fuller will face a murder charge for the shooting that took place on the 2100 block of Montgomery Street at The One Stop Shop on August 19.

The victim, Daniel Landy, was hospitalized. He passed away at Memorial Hospital a few hours later.

Fuller was captured by SCMPD officers with the aid of a SWAT team. He was arrested without incident.
