Family Friendly Box Office Review
Below are the movies out in theaters this weekend and their ratings:
- Star Trek Beyond – Rated PG-13 for sequences of sci-fi action and violence
- Ice Age: Collision Course – Rated PG for mild rude humor and some action/peril
- Lights Out – Rated PG-13 for terror throughout, violence including disturbing images, some thematic material and brief drug content
Jodi’s Hollywood Outsiders
‘Divergent’ Finale to Skip Theaters, Launch as a TV Movie and Spinoff Series
Negotiations are in the early stages, but instead of having “The Divergent Series: Ascendant” open in theaters next year, the studio wants to wrap up the film series on the small screen. Jodi’s Good Thing: Pools for Kids!
“Ok so we blessed this wonderful family with a 
pool who were being made fun of the way they were using a truck and tarp . So I now want to bless 10 more family’s with kids in the same way . Too much evil and tragedy going on in today’s world let’s keep those kids mind clear of any evil and keep them cool in this scolding HEAT . I can fully fund this in a snap but I want my friends and family to unite and be apart of something bigger than what it is . The simplest acts of kindness can have the biggest impact on these young kids . You can sit and read this and do nothing or you can be that person who chooses to do SOMETHING .”

Cool Summer Eats
Easy No Bake Banana Pudding
This makes a large serving and is so easy!
- 5 or 6 bananas
- 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 carton Cool Whip
- 1 bag vanilla wafer cookies
In large mixing bowl, mix pudding with milk according to package directions. Add condensed milk and Cool Whip. Mix with electric mixer. In a large serving bowl, cut bananas in bite size pieces. Add cookies. You can either layer bananas and cookies or just mix all together. Pour pudding mixture in and stir. It is best if refrigerated overnight or at least 4 or 5 hours for pudding to set.
