The Appling County Lady Pirate Softball Team made it to the Elite Eight in the playoffs. Then they fell to Franklin in the Georgia State Championship Tournament, which dropped them to the lower bracket. They fought back to win against Worth. Their next match was against Brantley. They lost that game by a score of 3-1, ending their season. Congratulations to our girls for everything they accomplished this season! Go Lady Pirates!
