Due to Hurricane Michael, Satilla has had widespread power outages in its nine-county service area. Satilla crews, contract crews, as well as other co-op crews, will be working to make repairs and restore electric service to the affected areas, as soon as
wind conditions allow them to work safely.
Satilla’s entire service area was effected with over 23,000 members with power outages as of 9:00 AM this morning. The restoration efforts will continue until all members are served.
If you have helpful information regarding a particular outage, please call our automated outage system to ensure accurate service in restoring your power. If you are unable to contact Satilla by telephone, and you have helpful information where the lives or safety of people are involved, it may be necessary to contact your local 911 center to report the problem.
Avoid fallen power lines and take necessary precautions to protect your perishable foods. Your cooperation is appreciated.
