On November 8th, students in Appling County Elementary School’s STEAM Explorers Club were selected to present at the Georgia Educational Technology Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. This is the first time in the history of the conference that a group of students from South Georgia was selected to present. The students shared Google Expedition, LEGO Education kits, Parrot Drones, and the Osmo game system with educators from around the state and country. Appling County Elementary School is very proud of these students. ACES has around 100 students who participate in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade clubs. The clubs meet weekly before school.
