Wednesday night shortly before 11:00 pm a driver ran off the road and flipped over. The accident occurred on Hwy 121 about a mile south of the Hwy 144 intersection. Hwy 144 Fire Dept., Hwy 144 first responders, along with ACSO an EMS got were on the scene quickly to find an intoxicated driver still sitting behind the wheel of his truck. He was taken to the hospital for minor injuries but will be arrested for DUI after his release from the ER.   (SOURCE MYBAXLEY.COM)
