During the morning of Sunday, January 22, folks living in Z-94 Country saw some of the worst weather in decades. Strong wind, heavy rain, and multiple tornadoes left massive amounts of flooding, debris, and damage in their wake.

Buildings got damaged, vehicles got smashed, and trees got ripped out of the ground. A mobile home on Dyal road was knocked into a nearby pond. Thankfully, emergency personnel got everyone out.

Power outages and road blockages were quickly addressed by dedicated workers. The damage was particularly severe in some places, such as Zoar and Buck Head roads in Baxley.
Our thoughts, our prayers, and our goodwill are with everyone affected.
