On Thursday, November 19, 2020 members of the Appling County Sheriff’s Office executed at search warrant at a local motel. As a result of this search, two (2) bags of methamphetamine weighing almost 18 ounces was recovered with a street value of $13,000.00
Three (3) arrests were made. 47-year-old Linda Danielle DeLoach Timblin was charged with Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act (VGCSA) Possession of Methamphetamine; VGCSA Possession of Drug Related Objects and VGCSA- Trafficking of Methamphetamine. 36-year-old Matthew Bart Todd was wanted for a Probation Violation and was charged with VGCSA – Possession of Methamphetamine. 51-year-old Warren Joseph Moody Jr was charged with VGCSA – Possession of Methamphetamine.
