The Baxley City Council will have a called meeting on Wednesday, May 27th, 2020 at 8:30 am. Old business is as follows:
Consider the First Reading of an Ordinance on a petition filed by Life Cottages, LLC c/o Matt Calamari, located at 177 Ranier Street, be annexed and establishing a Residential (R-12) Zone in voting district #4.
Consider the First Reading of an Ordinance on a petition filed by Judson Lee Griffis, located at 52 Brandon Street, be annexed and establishing a Residential (R-15) Zone in voting district #3.
Consider the First Reading of an Ordinance on a petition filed by Norma Nunez-Cortes, located at 228 Howard Brannen Road, be annexed and establishing a Business Residential (BR-1) Zone in voting district # 4.
The meeting will take place at City Hall and is open to the public.
