Feeding Announcement for 4.21.20
The Appling County School Nutrition Program is scheduled to provide meals on Tuesday, April 21st. Families should participate in the drive through meal distribution at the Appling County Elementary Complex from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm.
Students will receive one breakfast bag and one lunch bag that each include 5 meals. The Appling County Board of Education will examine the health of all volunteers in the feeding process on a week by week basis to determine how long feeding will continue.
Below are some key points to remember when you come through the drive through meal distribution:
• Cars will circle around to pick up meals
• Do not park or get out of your car
• Meals will be delivered to each car by placing them in the trunk
• School Resource Officers will be onsite to assist with the drive through
