The Otter’s Chicken Offensive Line of the Week is Appling County’s unit of center Trace Shumans, guards Toby Taylor and Garrison Coleman, tackles Lane Hutchinson and J.J. Wasdin, and tight ends Keon Williams, Darris Smith, Jeremiah Paulk and Dawson Griffis. Appling County had 439 yards rushing on 45 carries and 501 total yards in a 42-7 victory over Dodge County. The Pirates are 3-0 for the first time since 2011.
