A Ford F150 (Vehicle #3) driven by Breanna Butts was traveling eastbound on East Parker Street in the center lane.
A freight-liner Cascadia Casca (Vehicle #4) driven by Edwin Odom was traveling Eastbound in the curb lane on East Parker Street.
A freight-liner M2 102 Medium (Vehicle #5) driven by Randy Burke was traveling westbound on East Parker Street in the center lane behind Vehicle #1.
The front of Vehicle #5 struck the rear of Vehicle #1. The front of Vehicle #5 then struck the left rear of Vehicle #2. Vehicle #5 then struck the left side of Vehicle #3. Vehicle #5 continued to travel in the eastbound lanes striking the right front of Vehicle #4. Vehicle #1 struck a utility trailer upon coming to a rest at Tractor Supply. Vehicle #5 struck a utility post upon coming to a rest at Thompson’s Farm Supply.
Injured in the accident were 76-year-old James Rentz, 62-year-old Gary Smith, 62-year-old Terry Smith, 22-year-old Breanna Butts, 39-year-old Jason Butts, 70-year-old Edwin Odom, and 27-year-old Randy Burke.
