According to the Georgia State Patrol:
On Monday, March 4th, at approximately 5:30 pm, a Jeep Cherokee was headed north on State Route 126 in Wheeler County. The vehicle left the roadway on the right-hand side. The driver over-corrected and the vehicle traveled into a ditch on the left-hand side of the road where it overturned. The driver, Rebecca Ann Spell of an Appling County address, was determined to be dead at the scene of the accident.
