Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC) was recently featured as the top recommended choice for Automotive Technology Programs in the state of Georgia for 2018-2019 by Auto Mechanic School EDU. This website compiled a list of the top schools in each state offering Automotive Technology Programs, and Coastal Pines stood out as the best of the best!
The selection criteria for these recommendations was based on the following areas: NATEF accredited, internship experience, extensive campus shop practice time, job placement assistance, awards/recognition received from local/national industry organizations, ASE certification preparation course, and supplemental certificate programs. The Automotive Technology program at CPTC is a HOPE Career Grant Program, meaning it is virtually tuition-free. The program features seven TCC (technical certificate credit), and two diploma options for students. CPTC prides itself on preparing students for the workforce, and in turn has a 94% job placement rate in the field of study.
