The GBI has arrested Joshua Jay, 32, of Metter for burglarizing several pharmacies throughout South Georgia.
He appeared to be targeting painkillers, which he stole from pharmacies in cities including Vidalia, Hazlehurst, and Douglas.
He’s being held in Toombs County Jail on charges of burglary, theft, trespassing, and damage to property.
