The Appling County Bicentennial Festival will feature a cake and cupcake competition on Saturday, November 10th. Entry forms can be picked up at the Chamber of Commerce or online at baxley.org.
Entry forms can be turned in at the festival registration table on Saturday, November 10th. Judging begins at 1:00 pm on Saturday.
