The Appling County Pirate Baseball Team’s run in the playoffs has come to a close after back-to-back defeats by Ringgold. That ends their 2018 season. The Pirates’ final record is 27-9 for the season and 9-1 in the region. They reached the Elite Eight in the playoffs.
