Kindergarten registration will be held the week of April 16-20! This is for students who will be five years old before September 1, 2018. Please call the front office to make an appointment! (912) 367-8642.
To register, please bring your child to complete a Kindergarten Screener and the following:
 
3300 form (see health department or doctor)
Birth certificate
Social Security card
Immunization records.
Proof of residency in Appling County (such as gas, power, or water ball.)
