Daylight Saving Time (DST) ends at exactly at 2:00 am on Sunday 12th March 2017 as the clocks go forward one hour to make it 3:00am.
The mornings will get darker and the evenings lighter. Most of us struggle when we lose an hour in bed. Here are some tips that can help you AND your kids adjust to the time change.
.1 – Start putting them to bed 15 minutes early for a few night before the change. (I’m a few days late on this)
2 – For the weekend you should get up AT YOUR NORMAL time, and GO TO BED at your normal time. Sad but true (according to sleep experts)
3 – Get out IN THE SUNLIGHT in the morning if possible.
***Experts say it only takes 2 days for your body to adjust. Sometimes it feels like the whole week!
