“I believe Paula’s sudden ardent opposition to me spending time with Julian is a product of residual anger she holds toward me,” Thicke says.
According to NY Daily News:
Patton’s statement, signed Wednesday, was the basis for a judge to issue a restraining order on Thursday, barring Thicke from being within 100 feet from Patton, their 6-year-old son Julian and Patton’s mother.
The judge also temporarily removed Thicke’s custody of his son and acknowledged the singer “has a history of domestic violence,” according to court documents.
