Lady Gaga takes the stage Super Bowl Sunday for the Pepsi Halftime show, but will it be a solo performance?

Her team has been saying that been saying that no one will be joining the superstar on stage, BUT someone will be making a special “appearance” just before the big performance.

And that someone, is Mr. Tony Bennett.

In the 10 seconds before the Pepsi Zero Sugar Super Bowl LI Halftime Show, the brand will countdown to Lady Gaga’s epic performance with an unforgettable lead-in featuring legendary singer Tony Bennett. PepsiCo’s Creators League Studio produced the lead-in.

So no, it doesn’t look like Bennett will share the stage with Gaga but we’re sure he will give her the marvelous introduction she deserves. Gaga and Bennett have been close friends for quite some time now. She even serenaded him for his 90th Birthday party last year.
