01 -16-2017—-Answered a call to Aycock Road in reference to person(s) stealing pecans. Further investigation led to the arrest of foul’ individuals. J amie Thomas Wrinn, age 42, of Nicholls, GA. Wrinn was charged with Criminal Trespass. Mark Ashley Carter, age 47, of Mershon, GA. Carter was charged with Criminal Trespass. Cary Ann Bruce of Alma, GA, age 31 . Bruce was charged with Possession of Drug Related Object and Windell  Thomas Hickman, Jr of Alma age 36 was charged with VGCSA/Adderall, Criminal Trespass and Drugs to be kept in Original Container.
01-16-2017—Complainant came to the Sheriff s Office to report person(s) unknown went on !Tunes and used his credit card without permission. Investigation  continues.
01-16-2017—-Answered a call to Lake Mayer’s Road in Harassing Text Messages. Complainant stated his step-cousin has been texting him for the past few weeks harassing  him. Complainant  stated he told  the subject to stop contacting  him.
01-16-2017—-Complai nant stated unknown person(s) damaged four of the front lights at Mizpah Church. Complainant stated he is unsure of the actual date it occurred. Photographs  were taken of the damage. Investigation  continues.
01-16-2017—-Answered  a call to Holt Rentz Road in reference to a fight involving a weapon which  led to the arrest of Jerry Beecher, age 31, for Disorderly Conduct and Michael Rowell, age 60, for Disorderly Conduct.
01-17-2017—-Answered a call to Spring Branch Church Road in reference to Stalking. Complainant stated subject has been getting pictures from Facebook of her daughter. Complainant stated subject has been blocked from all social media accounts.
01 -17-2017—-Answered a call to Caney Creek Road in reference to a Burglary. Complainant stated on 01/17/201 7 person(s) unknown broke in and damaged two door windows  and tried  to break  three more exterior windows. Investigation continues.
0 1 -17-20 17—-Answered a call to West River Road in reference to a one-vehicle deer accident. No injuries were reported.
01-17-2017—-A routine traffic stop on Patterson Road led to the arrest of Thomas William Harmon, age 52. Harmon was charged with DUI/Alcohol,  Failure to Maintain Lane and Driving While License Suspended/Revoked.
01-18-2017—-Answered a call to Copeland ‘s Mobile Home Park in reference to Terroristic Threats. Complainant stated a black male about 5’ 8″, wearing blue jeans and no shirt threatened to beat him up. Deputies check the area and were unable to locate the subject.
01-18-2017—Deputies went to Hollis Street to serve a Theft by Taking warrant on Timothy Hollis. Hollis was transported to the Appling Detention Center where he was found to be in possession of VGCSA/Meth. Hollis was charged with Possession of Drugs/Weapons by Inmates.
01-18-2017—A routine traffic stop on Lackawanna Street and East Tollison Street led to the arrest of Ricky Edward Holland, age 56, of Baxley. Holland was charged with Failure to Drive within Single Lane, Drugs to Be Kept in Original Container, VGCSA/Clonidine, Possession  of Firearm  or Knife While Trying to Commit Crimes, Possession of Marijuana, Drug Related Objects, VGCSA/Methadone and VGCSA/Methamphetamine.
01-18-2017—-A routine traffic stop on Poor Robin Road led to the arrest of John Michael  Watson, age 23, and Rhonda Michelle Worrell, age 43, both of Baxley. Watson was charged with Driving without License and Littering on Highway. Worrell was charged with Possession  of Methamphetamine.
01-19-2017—-Answered a call to Zoar Road in reference to a one-vehicle deer accident.  No injuries were reported.
01-19-2017—-Complainant came to the Sheriff s Office to report Threats being made to him. Complainant stated subject was making threats to him by text messages. Subject stated he wanted his property back. Complainant stated that the property  was not  the subjects.  Complainant was advised to see Magistrate  Court.
0 1 -19-20 1 7—-Answered a call to Ten Mile Road i n reference to a one-vehicle deer accident. No injuries were reported.
01 -20-201 7—-Answered  a call to Harris Road in reference  to a  male subject having difficulty breathing who had become unresponsive. EMS transported him to Appling Heath Care ER where he was pronounced deceased.
