The SCMPD has announced that, at 5:30 pm on September 29, officers responded to a call at the 400 block of Yamacraw village.

At the scene, a man wounded man was found. He was taken to Memorial University Medical Center, where he is in critical condition and being treated for a gunshot wound.

Following leads given by people in the area, the police found and arrested two male suspects in the area. Exactly what happened in the moments leading up to the shooting is not yet with certainty.
