Blue Cross Blue Shield to Become Much of Georgia’s Sole Obamacare Provider

Options are shrinking for almost two-thirds of Georgia’s Obamacare (Affordable Care Act/Healthcare.gov) users with Aetna’s withdrawal from the marketplace throughout much of the state. That leaves Blue Cross Blue Shield as the only option for 96 counties in Georgia. Aetna and other providers have cited lack of profitability as the reason behind their decision.
