Savannah police are turning to the public for help in solving a sexual assault and kidnapping case.

On August 22 at approximately 4:00 pm, a woman was forcefully taken to a piece of abandoned property on Cubbedge Street by an armed man. She was then assaulted by him.

Her attacker is described as a tall, overweight, middle-aged black male with short gray hair.
