Jacobs Arrested After Police Chase in Toombs County

On the afternoon of July 28, Joshua Jacobs fled from police while driving without a license. He was found at his home in Toombs County. Police arrested Jacobs and charged him with driving without a license and attempting to elude law enforcement.
