Michael Grovenstein is wanted by Tattnall County Police after allegedly causing an off-road wreck by attacking a person who was trying to escape him on an ATV. The person trying to escape, who has not been named, had been in a heated argument with Grovenstein in the moments prior to the attack.

Grovenstein allegedly fled the scene, arriving at a house on the other side the woods where he asked to use a phone. People who were aware of the wreck arrived at the house and tried to capture Grovenstein. The resulting fight ended with Grovenstein escaping again. Two people were injured in the fight and had to be hospitalized.
