The Appling HealthCare System has added two new life jacket loaner stations along the Altamaha River, one at Eason’s Bluff and the other at Carter’s Bite.  Life jackets may be borrowed for the day or weekend and then returned to the loaner station.

If you would like to donate a life jacket to the program, please contact Jimmy Twiggs, EMS Director at (912) 367-9841 ext. 1260. Special thanks to Judge Ronnie Lewis and Lenton Deloach, who purchased the supplies and built these two life jacket stations for Appling County Safe Families.
