2 lb boneless pork loin
2 Tablespoons steak seasoning rub
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
Measure out 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar and add the 2 tablespoons of steak seasoning and whisk to dissolve seasoning. Then add in olive oil and honey and whisk again. Put the pork loin in a gallon sized ziploc bag and pour marinade over pork. Let it marinate for 2 hours – over night. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pork in glass baking dish along with marinade. Bake in preheated oven, basting occasionally until the pork reaches an internal temp of 145 (about 1 hour). Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
I like to take some of the marinade and mix with a little sour cream and use that as a dip for my pork. Delish!
