14 South Georgia Residents Charged with Drug Trafficking

Fourteen residents from south Georgia will face drug trafficking charges following investigation by the GBI, the DEA, and several local law enforcement agencies.

The suspects’ names are as follows: Timothy Wayne Davis, Christopher Gag Floyd, William Preston Gibbs, Casandra Rae Hendrix, Kenneth Jordan Lane, Jeramie Thomas Leslie, John Christopher Paulson, Scott Lamont Pointer, Kayla Estell Rericha, Jeremiah Jones Richardson, Jason Todd Smith, Samori Jordan Smokes, Jeffrey James Taylor, and Jeremy Nicholas Taylor.

According to a recent press release, suspects will face federal charges. They are accused of conspiring to distribute several illegal substances, including heroin and methamphetamine.

The press release stated that everyone being charged is innocent until proven guilty.
