On Tuesday, July 12 2016, the Georgia Department of Transportation will be implementing signage and street markings to allow rights turns only onto Brobston Street off of US 341 (West Parker St.) and right turns only onto U.S. 341 (West Parker St.) from Brobston Street. The changes on Brobston Street will be made on both the north and south sides of U.S. 341 (West Parker St.) from Brobston Street.
The changes on Brobston Street will be made on both the north and south sides of U.S. 341. Also, the 35 MPH speed limit on U.S. 341 (West Parker St.) will be extended to Copeland Street.
These turn changes are implemented by the City and DOT in an effort to reduce congestion improve safety at this intersection.
