On the morning of June 20, an Alma woman called emergency services using a medical alert necklace. She informed
the dispatcher that someone had broken into her home and was attempting to force his way into her bedroom. Alma Police responded to the incident, capturing and arresting Sharod Fussel at the caller’s 16th Street address. Sharod Fussell, a Douglas resident, is being charged with attempted burglary.
