The Arts Council of Appling County will be hosting the first session of a quarterly Storytelling Series on Thursday, May 5th. This event will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Caroline Miller House, located at 96 Anthony Street in Baxley. Retired educator, Banner columnist and lauded storyteller, Mary Ann Ellis will lead the group in the telling of her own favorite family story. Participants are invited to share their own stories throughout the evening. The event is free and all are invited to participate.
