BREAKING: An Alma attorney and judge remains hospitalized in Florida after being shot several times at his home overnight. Kenneth Futch, long time attorney in Bacon County and state court judge, suffered gun shot wounds and was flown to a hospital in Florida. GBI agents and sheriff’s investigators have questioned Futch’s wife. The case remains under investigation.
